At Award Construction & Roofing we have over 29 years of experience in the construction industry. Over the years we’ve gained the experience needed to help our clients see their dreams through and are able to start the process with a solid foundation. In addition we are committed to excellence and a quality product during all phases of construction whether it’s commercial or residential.
We currently work with Tulare County Housing Authority, perform statewide work for Buckingham Property Management doing ADA compliance code work onlarge apartment units, work with C-SET with their weatherization program and completed approximately 60 low income homes and updated the homes to meet current code compliance. We also perform work for numerous REO real estate brokers in the repair and rehab of bank owned properties. Past experience during the construction boom for national builders such as Centex and D.R. Horton laying approximately 30 roofs a week. We also performed all the Centex warranty work. We hold a California license in C-39-Roofing and B-General Contracting.
